Who is getting you appointments with prospective customers?

·       The account manager – expensive/ do they even want to do it?

It is our experience that cold calling is something which most companies staff insufficiently, if at all. Most of our customers tried call Centers before. If the product, be it software or service, is in need of further elaboration the time is too short and usually it is the quality of the appointments that suffers most.
